Urban School System
The direction of education policy was the point when talking about urbanism. Some big city such as Washington, New York and Boston was the city with the bad schools. The big city school looks contain a higher (than average) number of poor kids. This kind of kids seems to do worse than middle class. This will effect for the cities with bad test result.
With the complete research about manage and control the demographics, it seems that some school show more good result on the test. It make some summary that kids from disadvantaged backgrounds doing poorly in their school. They were also overrepresented in urban school system.
So for the result; city such as Washington need to reform their education system to get the good result like in the city Boston or New York.
