Urban Deer Destiny
As the increase of urban deer population in Pennsylvania, the state represent by the Pennsylvania Game Commission have give preliminary approval for homeowner’s associations and nonprofit land-holding to kill deer on their property. But they must apply before for the permits gave.
Before this change, the permits only to boroughs and townships. This will reduce conflict between urban deer and human, said The Game Commission executive director, Carl G.Roe.
